On February 22nd, 2017 (Wednesday), YNU Indonesia Alumni Meeting in Jakarta was held at Japanese Restaurant Endo. This was the third meeting for Indonesia Alumni since September 2016.
A total of 15 participants attended this reunion including Alumni who are stationed in Bandung, the capital of West Java province and Semarang, the capital of Central Java province.
During the meeting, Ms.Wakatsuki handed a commemorative gift from YNU to each attendant and everyone felt more attached to YNU. At the end of meeting, two of participants who would return to Japan in April 2016 gave a word. Mr.Nagata, who has experience residing in Jakarta three times, said that he likes Indonesia the best and hopes to continue to participate Alumni meetings when he visit Indonesia on business. Mr.Saito, Jakarta Japanese School Principal, told that Jakarta is wonderful especially his students in Jakarta. He is looking forward to seeing people he met there again.
