On Wednesday, October 1st, 2014, Dr. Pattara Aiyarak, Vice President for International Affairs of Prince of Songkla University (PSU, Thailand) and other 2 international affairs officers visited YNU.

PSU is one of the partner universities of YNU with a closer relationship to have frequent exchange activities not only among the students but the mutual executives, faculty members and administrative staff. Succeeding the delegation by President Limsakul and other delegates in May, the PSU people visited YNU for introductions of the international exchange programs performed in PSU and also to have discussions with YNU faculties being in charge for them.

The delegates visited the President’s Office to be welcomed by President SUZUKI Kunio, Vice President YAMADA Hitoshi, International Strategy Organization Professor YOSHIDA Shohei, and International Office Manger Ms. ITO Yoko. In the discussions, the both universities introduced the international initiatives and actions each other and exchanged opinions on student exchanges including the review so far in the warm atmosphere from the start to the end.

After the visit, they moved to another meeting room for practical introductions on the programs. Consideration has just started, however, the future exchanges should be more activated.
