On June 2nd, 2016(Thursday), the party from Indonesian Private Higher Education Association Commisariatte II (hereafter APTISI Surakarta-lndonesia) visited YNU.
APTISI Surakarta-lndonesia is the subordinate organization of the Indonesian Private Higher Education Association, which the head-office is quartered in Jakarta and there are local branches in each 33 provinces in Indonesia. APTISI Surakarta-lndonesia is a branch located in the Central Java and 65 universities are affiliated.
The courtesy visit was made at the 2nd conference room at the Administration Bureau to be welcomed by Executive Director Fumihiko Nakamura, Head of International Strategy Section Professor Hiromi Kabashima and International Office Manager Tomoko Takeuchi.
Firstly, Head of International Strategy Section Professor Kabashima made the presentation about the outline of YNU. Then, Executive Director Nakamura made the remark that YNU welcomed the party and we placed importance on the strengthening of relationship and collaboration with foreign universities.
In the meeting, they specifically exchanged views on the future exchanges. It is expected further developing exchanges with Indonesia.
