台風8号の接近に伴う授業の取扱いについて（事前注意事項）
学生のみなさん
台風の接近により、授業日の午前6時の時点で、神奈川県東部（横浜・川﨑）に暴風警報が発表されている場合は、午前の授業（第１、２時限）が休講となります。また、授業日の午前10時を過ぎて、暴風警報が発令されている場合、又は発令解除された場合で交通機関の一部が不通である場合は、午後の授業が休講になる場合があります。
次の「暴風警報等が発令又は解除された場合の授業等の措置について」を熟読するとともに、
今後の気象庁のホームページ又はテレビ・ラジオ等により警報発表の有無を十分確認してください。
なお、台風の接近に伴って授業を休講とする場合は、お知らせページ（http://www.kyomu.ynu.ac.jp/）
、情報提供アドレス（urgent@ynu.ac.jp）、安否確認システムにおいて可能な限りの情報提供を行う予定です。
Dear YNU Students,
Classes in the morning (slot 1 and 2) will be canceled when a storm warning is effective in East Kanagawa (Yokohama, Kawasaki) by 6 am on the day of the class. In case the warning is effective by 10 am or some of the public transportation is not conducting even after the warning has been cleared by then, classes in the afternoon may possibly be canceled.
Please follow the “Notice on Class Cancelation under Storm Warning” and keep the updates by referring to the information released by the Meteorological Agency website or the news from TV and radio.
In case classes becomes canceled, YNU will release further information as much as possible through information (http://www.kyomu.ynu.ac.jp/), emergency contact address (urgent@ynu.ac.jp) and safety confirmation system.
台風接近等により暴風警報（特別警報を含む。）が発令され、又は暴風警報が解除された場合は、授業及び定期試験（以下「授業等」という。）について以下の措置とする。
（１）神奈川県東部（横浜・川﨑）に暴風警報が発令された場合、授業等を休講とする。授業等開始後に暴風警報が発令された場合、次の時限から授業等を休講とする。ただし、学生の安全確保等のため緊急を要する場合、発令後直ちに授業等を休講とする。
（２）暴風警報が解除された場合、次のとおり授業等を開講する。
①午前６時までに解除の場合 第１時限から開講（平常どおり）
②午前10時までに解除の場合 第３時限から開講（１・２時限休講）
③午後１時までに解除の場合 第５時限から開講（１～４時限休講）
④午後３時までに解除の場合 第６時限から開講（１～５時限休講）
（３）暴風警報が解除されたにもかかわらず、次に掲げる１）または２）の交通機関が不通である場合、授業等を休講とする。
１）相模鉄道線、横浜市営地下鉄線の２線が不通である場合
２）ＪＲ（東海道線、京浜東北・根岸線、横浜線、横須賀線）、京浜急行線本線、東京急行東横線の６線のうち、
３線以上の横浜駅発着が不通である場合
なお、交通機関が開通（復旧）した場合、次のとおり授業等を開講する。
①午前６時までに開通（復旧）の場合 第１時限から開講（平常どおり）
②午前10時までに開通（復旧）の場合 第３時限から開講（１・２時限休講）
③午後１時までに開通（復旧）の場合 第５時限から開講（１～４時限休講）
④午後３時までに開通（復旧）の場合 第６時限から開講（１～５時限休講）
（４）暴風警報が解除され、授業等を開講した場合において、自然災害のため通学経路上の交通機関が開通（復旧）しない等やむを得ない事情により授業等を欠席した場合、欠席による不利益を与えないよう配慮するものとする。
（５）上記のほか、大規模地震対策特別措置法（大震法）による警戒宣言、大雪警報、大雨警報等が発令された場合は、副学長（教育担当）が学生の安全確保等のため必要があると判断した場合、授業等の休講措置を行うことがある。
(1) Classes at YNU will be canceled in case a storm warning becomes effective against east of kanagawa Pref. (Yokohama, Kawasaki). When it becomes effective after the classes starts, classes from the following slot will be canceled. However, classes will be canceled immediately in case any event necessary to secure student's safety occurs.
(2) Classes will start as follows after the storm warning has been cleared.
1. Cleared before 6 am. From 1st slot (normal schedule)
2. Cleared before 10 am. From 3rd slot (classes at 1-2 slot will be canceled)
3. Cleared before 1 pm. From 5th slot (classes at 1-4 slot will be canceled)
4. Cleared before 3 pm. From 6th slot (classes at 1-5 slot will be canceled)
(3) Classes will be canceled in case either the following 1) or 2) public transportations does not resume its operation despite the storm warning has been cleared.
1) When both Sagami Tetsudo Line (Sotetsu) and Yokohama City Subway are canceled.
2) Three or more among six lines which passes Yokohama Station are canceled : JR Lines (Tokaido Line, Keihin-Tohoku-Negishi Line, Yokohama Line, Yokosuka Line), Keihin Kyuko Line (Keikyu),Tokyu-Toyoko Line.
In addition, classes will start as follows when public transportations resume its operation.
1. Resume before 6 am. From 1st slot (normal schedule)
2. Resume before 10 am. From 3rd slot (classes at 1-2 slot will be canceled)
3. Resume before 1 pm. From 5th slot (classes at 1-4 slot will be canceled)
4. Resume before 3 pm. From 6th slot (classes at 1-5 slot will be canceled)

台風8 号が日本列島への上陸が予想されていますので、台風の動き、横浜気象台の情報には十分注意し、安全の確保に努めてください。台風の接近により、授業日の午前6時の時点で、神奈川県東部（横浜・川﨑）に暴風警報が発表されている場合は、午前の授業（第１、２時限）が休講となります。また、授業日の午前10時を過ぎて、暴風警報が発令されている場合、又は発令解除された場合で交通機関の一部が不通である場合は、午後の授業が休講になる場合があります。

暴風警報等が発令又は解除された場合の授業等の措置について
台風接近等により暴風警報（特別警報を含む。）が発令され、又は暴風警報が解除された場合は、授業及び定期試験（以下「授業等」という。）について以下の措置とする。
