YNU and Cairo University held a symposium in Egypt
Yokohama National University, Cairo University and Japan Foundation Cairo Office hosted the symposium “Japanese Studies in Egypt: Past, Now and Future”on November 28 (Sun.) and 29 (Mon.).
The symposium was held in Cairo University under the auspices of the Embassy of Japan in the Arab Republic of Egypt. The symposium was attended by about 100 researchers and students from Egypt and Japan and reported in MSN Sankei News and NHK Radio 1.
