Please observe the following items and use your Student ID Card properly.

1. Always carry your Student ID Card with you.
2. Issuing certificates requires your Student ID Card.
3. When you take regular exams, you need your Student ID Card.
4. Do not lend or give your Student ID Card to others.
5. If you lose your Student ID Card or change the information on it, please go to the Educational Affairs Division (Student Center, 2nd floor, counter 7) immediately to reissue. When the expiration date of your Student ID Card has passed, you go there as well. For more information, please click here
6. If you lose your status as a student due to graduation or leaving university, etc., you must return your Student ID Card to the University immediately.
