Surrounded by the natural environment, the Minesawa International Student Dormitory is located close to the YNU campus (five-minute walk). The dormitory comprises a male student residence hall, a female student residence hall, and a common service hall. The common service hall is equipped with a lounge, meeting room, toilets, and separate laundry rooms for men and women.

Japanese students: Regular students enrolled in the undergraduate and postgraduate programmes at this university
*Priority is given to students who enrolled in October of the year preceding their move-in or in April of their move-in year, whose household income falls below the university's stipulated threshold,and students who need to commute from home for 1hour and 30minutes or more(Reserch students,non-degree students,and auditors are not eligible for accommodation).
International students: Students (except Accredited auditors and Auditors) enrolling in YNU.

Period of residence

Japanese students: No more than two years
International students: No more than one year,however,an extension of no more than one year may be permitted if there is a vacancy.

※Residents are required to pay electricity, water, and other utility fees used in their daily life.
