Secondary Application for Emergency Student Support Benefit
to Help Continue Education (National Program)(Application has been closed)

 Emergency Student Support Benefit to Help Continue Education will start accepting the secondary applications to support students who face difficulties to continue their studies due to a significant decrease in family income or income from your part-time jobs because of the novel coronavirus.

The requirements are same as the primary application, so please review the Application Guide (For students and pupils) prepared by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science, and Technology, and apply through the YNU Learning Management System if you are eligible.

Please note if you applied for the primary application and not awarded this benefit, you can apply for the secondary application only when your situation has changed and you became to meet the requirements.


  • - Recipients: college students, graduate school students
    (Excluding research students (kenkyusei), accredited auditors (kamokuto rishusei), special auditing students (tokubetsu choko gakusei) and special research students (tokubetsu kenkyu gakusei))

  • - How to apply: Posted on YNU Learning Management System
    under (List of Lectures), (Exclusively for Communication) COVID-19 Emergency Response.

There is a possibility that YNU will provide financial support by YNU Emergency Study SUpport Package(YNU E-SSUP)for students who are not recommended for this benefit.
Please note that your personal information may be used for the financial support by YNU E-SSUP as well, if necessary.
