YNU is organizing a ski tour for international undergraduate and graduate students.

Intended Participants | YNU International undergraduate and graduate students, who are novice skiers (snow boarding not permitted), and capable of understanding and following the instructions/directions of university and local staff in Japanese. (Research students may participate when there are few participants.) |

Participation Fee | 15000 Yen (for travel expenses, 3 night’s accommodation, insurance, lift tickets, etc.) Participation Fees are not refundable |
How to Apply | Please bring your application form and participation fee of 15000 Yen to Welfare Section (kosei kakari), Student Support Division at the Student Affairs Bureau from January 24th (Mon.) to 28th (Fri.), 9:00~17:00. - Please be aware that we will stop accepting applications when the number of applicants reaches 40. - Substitution of participant will not be permitted (for insurance and ski rental reasons.) |
Important Reminders | - The food served may contain pork meat. Please understand that the same meal will be prepared for all participants and any individual request on the content of the meal cannot be met. - Please be sure to bring your National Health Insurance Card in case of sickness/accidents. - If you do not come to the meeting place in time on the 15th, we assume that you do not participate. - If you need ski suit, plate, shoes, hat, gloves, and snow goggle, please write so on the application form. - Please bring your own toilet articles (towel, toothbrush, shampoo, etc.) - The accommodation is Japanese-style tatami room. Each room will be shared by 3 - 6 participants. |
