On Feb. 16 2016, YNU held an incentive presentation ceremony for International Academic Exchange and Promotion Projects 2015. This incentive is intended to activate research activities of YNU students by providing financial support for the students to present their research at international conferences as well as to conduct research and study overseas. The YNU’s special incentives have been presented to 187 students since it was established in 2006.
This year, 78 applications were submitted, of which 25 were approved for the incentive through rigorous examination.

At the ceremony, YNU President Yuichi Hasebe presented award certificates, and congratulated each recipient. Representing the students, Ms. Ko of Graduate School of Education extended her gratitude to the president.
All the recipients are expected to participate more actively in their specialized fields.
