YNU Participated in Japan Education Fair 2012 in Thailand
Professor Yoshiaki Omori (College of Economics, Departments of International Economics) and Senior Staff Ms.Miwa Uesato (General Affairs Section, Social Sciences) participated in the Japan Education Fair 2012 organized by Japan Student Services Organization in Thailand on September 14th (Chiang Mai) and 16th (Bangkok).
The fair attracted 494 visitors in Chiang Mai and 1699 visitors in Bangkok, and YNU booth welcomed 35 visitors in Chiang Mai and 85 visitors in Bangkok. Professor Omori and Ms.Uesato answered the questions about admissions, scholarships, campus life at YNU, dormitories, and so on. Some of the visitors had strong interests in the specific field they want to learn whereas others asked questions about YNU in Japanese fluently. It is hoped that this fair was a good opportunity for Thai students to know better about YNU and Japan.
