ワクチン接種の申し込みについて
受付時の混乱を避けるため、２段階で受け付けます。
以下の方は８月２５日（水）午前9時から先行して予約受付を開始します。
先行受付期間は、事前にメール等でお知らせした案内に記載されているURLからお申し込みください。
（先行受付対象者）
近隣住民の方及び学生・教職員のご家族の方も対象にした、一般受付の開始は、８月３０日（月）午前９時からです。 受付開始までしばらくお待ちください。
To avoid trouble on booking, we will conduct the registration in two stages. We will start accepting reservations in advance from 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, August 25, 2021for the following people. During the advanced registration period, please apply from the URL listed in the information sent to you via e-mail, etc. in advance.
【Those eligible for advance registration】
Neighborhood residents and families of YNU students, faculty and staff will start at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, August 30, 2021. Please wait for a while until the reception desk opens.

- 本学に在籍する学生、教職員
- 本学の附属学校に在籍する教職員
- 本学キャンパス内で⽇常的に業務を行う、事業者、警備員、清掃員等
- 地域の教育機関の学生及び教職員
