A delegation from New Mongol Academy visited YNU

On March 7th Tuesday, 2017, President Janchiv Galbadrakh from New Mongol Academy and Professor Adiyasuren Vandanjav from New Mongol Institute of Technology visited YNU.
The visitors were welcomed by Professor Kazuyuki Hiratsuka, Advisor to President and International Office Manager Tomoko Takeuchi at Administration Bureau Meeting Room 2.
The meeting started with each participant’s self-introduction. Then, Professor Hiratsuka explained the current situation of accepting students from Mongolia and gave information on new programs in YNU. President Galbadrakh enthusiastically asked questions about the new College of Urban Sciences. Professor Hiratsuka also explained the new admission program YGEP (YOKOHAMA Global Education Program).
They discussed about the possibility of increase of international students from Mongolia at YNU in the future.

After the meeting, the delegation visited Professor Takeshi Kajiwara from Faculty of Engineering, Professor Takashi Nishimura and Assistant Professor Kenta Ozeki from Faculty of Environment and Information Sciences, who specialize in mathematics. They discussed about their specialization including curriculum of mathematics and engineering fields.
We hope that this visit will strengthen further relationship between YNU and New Mongol Academy, New Mongol Institution of Technology in the future.
