What to do when “I can’t see a medical institution!”

Currently, due to the rapid increase in patients with new cases, examinations and consultations at medical institutions has been taking longer, and there is a report that response from health care centers is delayed as well.
Based on these situation, Kanagawa Prefecture started the operation of the “Voluntary medical treatment notification system” from January 28 (Fri.) for young people with low risk of aggravation and those without underlying illness. It is a system that allows you to start medical treatment immediately without consulting a medical institution from the time when a positive result is found by the person’s self-test by using an antigen test kit. In such case, a “self-care notification” will be issued.
When a “self-care notification” is issued, YNU will treat you as same as person infected. In such case, please contact the Health Service Center. (045-335-1518, weekdays 9: 00-17: 00)

* Please check the Kanagawa Prefecture website for the “Voluntary Medical Treatment Notification System新しいウィンドウが開きます ”. (*in Japanese)
