2011年9月15日(木)~16日(金)にスペインのシッチェスで開催されたIEEE International Conference on RFID-Technologies and Applications(RFID-TA2011)　において、大学院工学研究院新井宏之教授と大学院工学府　博士課程後期3年 Mikeka Chomoraさん（指導教員：新井宏之教授)がThird Prize for the Best Paper Awardを受賞しました。

受賞対象となった論文題目は「DTV Band Micropower RF Energy-Harvesting Circuit Architecture and Performance Analysis」で、当国際会議において優秀な論文内容・発表技術を有すると評価され今回の受賞となりました。
