　2014年8月4日～6日に札幌で開催された、2014 IEEE International Workshop on Electromagnetics: Applications and Student Innovation Competition において、大学院工学府博士課程前期3年の王　珅(Shen Wang)さん（指導教員：新井宏之教授）が、Student Innovation Competitionにおいて2nd Prizeを受賞しました。

　受賞対象となった論文題目は「Characteristic Modes Analysis of a 4G Cellular Antenna for Eyewear Wireless Devices」で、当国際会議において優秀な論文内容・発表技術を有すると評価され今回の受賞となりました。
